Jetex Solid Fuel Boats from the 1950s

Boomer Hobby flyers of Control Line Model Airplanes remember when a British company called Jetex introduced small lightweight solid fuel jet engines for free flight. They came out not long after the first real jet aircraft and, despite relatively short thrust duration, were known for overshooting boundaries during outdoor competitions.
This Jetex powered boat uses the same style fuse ignited solid fuel cell and jet engine configuration. Since there's no remote mechanism for avoiding collisions or retrieval, bring your waders or a canoe to the pond kids!
